Run one copy of Joomla and a copy of ABPro-SA for each company you support appointments for.

A few of features of Appointment Booking Pro - standalone (ABPro-SA) make it an ideal choice.

• Multiple instance - when you install ABPro-SA you specify a table prefix, this means you can create an ABPro-SA instance for each company, specifying a different table prefice for each. You can have all your ABPro-SA data tables in the same database as Joomla. Ex: prefix 'comp_a_' for company A, 'comp_b_' for company B, etc.
   
• Isolated users - each ABPro-SA instance has its own user tables. Your client's customers register with his ABPro-SA (not your Joomla site) so all his curomers are totally isolated from other client's customers.
   
• Small, about 3MB per ABPro-SA instance vs Joomla install is about 300MB
   
• Atomized screens work perfect in Joomla Wrappers.
   
• Separate CSS - You can tailor colors and such to each client as each ABPro-SA instance has its own CSS file (accessible via the ABPro-SA Admin)
   
• Isolated Resource Admins - Since each client company has its own instance of ABPro-SA, the resource admin functions are totally isolated from all other clients.

If your resource administrator needs more capability than the Front-Desk provides, you can give them access to the Admin screens in 'Resource Admin' mode. If a resource administrator logs into the admin screen, they are allowed limited functionality and can only see bookings for resources that they are administrator for,

Note: ABPro-SA cannot write to 3rd party calendars in Joomla 1.5, the only 3rd party calendar option available in ABPro-SA is Thyme Calendar, a very capable calendar but a bit complex to setup.
